Who it is for

The offer is for buyers agent practices in South East Queensland.

The offer is open to buyers agents and buyers advocates working in South East Queensland. That is Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. A principal working alone, or a small team. It is built for the practice that acts for the buyer and charges a fee for doing it.

Stratosphere has not run this campaign outside those three markets, so the offer names them rather than a national reach. A practice buying elsewhere is welcome to enquire, and the campaign would be set to the markets it names.

October, November and December are the months to fill before Christmas. A buyer who briefs you now can be searching before the break. A brief that arrives in February starts later than it needed to.

Beside the referrals

A paid channel runs beside your referrals.

A paid channel here is Meta and Google Ads, bought and run by Stratosphere. Buyers agents win work by referral and reputation. A referral arrives already trusting you, and nothing a campaign delivers replaces that.

A referral cannot arrive in a week you choose. It comes when somebody else's client decides to move. A paid channel runs in the weeks the referrals are slow. You raise the spend in a slow month and cut it in a busy one.

Stratosphere counts the two separately, so you can see which one filled the month.

What you get

Every brief carries the budget and the suburb list.

A buyer brief is an enquiry from someone who wants a buyers agent to act for them. The ones this campaign delivers carry the two facts that decide whether to take the engagement. They are what the buyer has to spend, and where they are looking. The profiling page asks both questions at the enquiry, and both are required, so a brief cannot arrive without them.

An enquiry that carries neither still costs a call, and that call is a qualification rather than a brief. A buyer a year away costs the same call as one who is ready. Asking the two questions at the enquiry means the call starts on the brief instead.

The campaign

Meta and Google Ads to a lead page system.

The campaign runs on Meta and Google Ads, aimed at Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. It sends people to a lead page system rather than to a form inside the platform. The system is a lead page, a profiling page and a booking page, with tracking behind all three. The profiling page profiles and qualifies the enquiry as it comes through, which is where the budget and the suburb list come from.

  • iMeta Ads and Google Ads. The paid media that carries the campaign, aimed at Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
  • iiLead page system. A lead page that makes the case for your practice, a profiling page that asks the two questions, and a booking page. The buyer picks a time on the booking page to talk to you.
  • iiiProfiling and qualifying. Questions asked at the enquiry, so a brief arrives with its budget and its suburb list.
  • ivLead tracking. Every enquiry recorded against the page and the campaign it came from.
  • vLive performance dashboard. One screen that shows every brief the campaign produces.
The metrics

Three numbers say whether it is working.

  • iBriefs a week. The count of buyer briefs the campaign delivers in a week.
  • iiCost per brief. The campaign spend for the period divided by the briefs it delivered.
  • iiiBrief to engagement at day 30. Of the briefs that arrived in the first 30 days, the share that had signed an engagement by day 30.

Stratosphere publishes no target for any of the three. No buyers agent campaign has run yet, so it publishes no cost per brief for this market either. The numbers that count are the ones your own campaign produces.

Stratosphere reads them from the dashboard in the first week. It reads them in pairs rather than one at a time, as it does across the lead generation practice: briefs a week against cost per brief. The brief to engagement number covers the same 30 days.
