Buyers agent lead generation, and the marketing behind it.
A buyer hands the largest purchase of their life to someone they have to trust before they have met them. The work is to build that trust in public, bring in enquiries that carry a real brief and budget, and answer them before the buyer engages somebody else.
A full enquiry diary is not a full engagement book.
Marketing aimed at buyers agents pulls in whoever is curious: buyers who are a year away, buyers outside the regions you cover, buyers whose budget will not carry a fee. They fill the diary and they do not sign. A buyer who is genuinely ready chooses differently. They have been reading and listening for months, they want evidence you have bought in their market at their price, and they engage the agent who feels known and answers quickly. The constraint is the quality of the brief attached to an enquiry, and the speed it is answered at, not the number of enquiries.

Won on the brief and the response, both measured.
What a buyer tells you at the point of enquiry, and how long they wait for an answer, are measured together. The constraint is diagnosed from the pair rather than from enquiry volume alone, and one change is made against it. It is the method set out on The Practice, pointed at the buyer who is ready rather than the one who is merely looking.
Work in property.
One case study
Loam House, Sandringham, for Auyin Property Developments. The buyer was asked for one small thing first, the brochure, and profiled afterwards, so the sales team met people they already knew something about. That is the same problem a buyers agent has at the point of enquiry.

Buyers agents are one of the four markets Stratosphere sells into. The market nearest to it is property investment marketing, which sells to the firm that sells the stock rather than to the advocate who buys it.
The end-of-year offer for South East Queensland buyers agents.
Stratosphere has an end-of-year offer for buyers agents working in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. The campaign asks for the budget and the suburb list at the enquiry, so both arrive with the brief. Its price and its terms are on the buyers agent offer page.
