Develop the opportunity after the enquiry.

Automate lead onboarding, handover and buyer communication through email, SMS and conversational intelligence.

The problem

Where the enquiry is lost.

Enquiries are commonly lost after they arrive, not before. A lead sits while the buyer speaks to someone else; the follow-up is one call and then silence; a buyer who is genuinely six months away is written off as unqualified rather than early. The cost is invisible because the enquiry has already been paid for, and it is charged to lead generation rather than to the handover that lost it.

Speed to lead and lead qualification rate are measured on the enquiries as they arrive, alongside what the buyer actually said. Frontline conversations are treated as data, not as an endpoint.

A qualification rate that falls while enquiry volume holds is a handover problem, not a media problem. The point in the sequence where buyers stop replying is the point that gets rebuilt.

Sequences, timing and questions are changed one at a time, and the next cohort of enquiries is the test.
