Milli, a townhome release campaign in Brighton East.
Twenty-eight townhomes for DM Property, with the architect Cera Stribley and the builder SAW Constructions.
Twenty-eight townhomes across three streets.
Milli is a collection of twenty-eight three- and four-bedroom townhomes set across Union Street, Millara Grove and Granter Avenue in Brighton East, developed by DM Property with the architect Cera Stribley and the builder SAW Constructions. It sits inside the Gardenvale school zone, which the campaign named.
- iClient: DM Property
- iiMarket: Brighton East, Melbourne
- iiiProject: Milli, twenty-eight three- and four-bedroom townhomes
- ivObjective: profiled enquiries for the project's sales partner
Name the release, then qualify what it brings in.
Stratosphere ran the release campaign: paid media into a lead page carrying the developer's renders, with the release, the price and the customisation window named in the opening screens rather than held back for a sales call.
The enquiry was profiled after it was made rather than instead of it. A buyer who stops after the first form is still a lead; a buyer who continues arrives at the sales partner having already said what they are looking for.
Leads, cost per lead and profiled leads were counted and reported to the developer. Those numbers belong to the developer and are commercial in confidence, so they are not published here; they are available to discuss.
