01 / The project

Eighteen levels on the corner of a city square.

The Cullinan stands over eighteen levels at 181 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, on the intersection with Ranelagh and Mellor Streets and overlooking Light Square. The apartments are European-inspired two- and three-bedroom homes with open-plan living and floor-to-ceiling windows onto the city and the hills beyond.

02 / The work

One page, the developer's own renders, and a brochure first.

Stratosphere ran the campaign for the private residences in the building, on a lead page built from the developer's own render library around a brochure offer rather than an inspection booking. A buyer months from a decision will take a brochure and will not book a time, so the brochure is what the campaign asks for.

Enquiries that went on to answer the profiling questions reached the sales team at Belle Property International already described, which is a different thing from a list of names.

Leads, cost per lead and profiled leads were counted and reported to the developer each month. Those numbers belong to the developer and are commercial in confidence, so they are not published here; they are available to discuss.
