The offer is for property investment services businesses.
A property investment services business is one an investor pays to act, arrange or advise, rather than one selling its own development. That is the firm buying investment stock for clients, the investment-focused advisory and sales team, and the firm running its own investor seminars and webinars.
The offer is national. Stratosphere works from the Gold Coast and starts there, because that is the market it works in. A campaign can be set to any market in Australia. Stratosphere has no office in another city and claims none.
October, November and December are the months to fill before Christmas. An investor who books a consultation now can make a decision before the break. An enquiry that arrives in February starts later than it needed to.
Stratosphere markets your service and does not advise on property or investment.
Stratosphere is a marketing business. It builds and runs the campaign, the pages behind it and the measurement around it. It does not advise any person on a property, an investment or a financial product, and nothing on this page is that advice.
Your business holds the relationship with the investor and whatever licence its own service requires. The campaign describes your service in words your business approves before they go live, and those words are the only ones it runs.
Stratosphere makes no claim about what a property will do, and it writes none into your ads. There is no figure on this page about property, only figures about the campaign.
Ad copy is read before it runs, not after a complaint.
Advertising a property investment service carries rules the advertising itself has to meet. The claim list is the mechanism Stratosphere uses. It is the set of statements your business has approved for use in its advertising, written down before the campaign starts.
Every ad, every page and every profiling question is read against that list before it goes live. Anything outside the list does not run. A statement your business cannot evidence comes out rather than being softened.
A read can still miss something, which is why the third number below counts the times it did. A count you can read is worth more than an assurance you cannot.
Stratosphere does not give legal or compliance advice. Your business, or the adviser it uses, decides what the claim list holds. Stratosphere keeps the campaign inside it, and counts every time the campaign went outside it.
Every enquiry reaches your team already profiled.
A profiled enquiry is one that arrives carrying the answers your first call would otherwise have to ask for. The profiling page asks them at the enquiry, and the answers are required, so an enquiry cannot arrive without them.
Your team sets those questions before the campaign runs. The facts that decide fit differ from one investment service to the next. The enquiry-quality diagnostic below is the review that sets them.
An enquiry that carries no answers still costs a call, and that call is a screening rather than a consultation. Asking at the enquiry is what lets your team open on the conversation instead.
Meta and Google Ads to a lead page system.
The campaign runs on Meta and Google Ads, set to the markets your service covers. It sends people to a lead page system rather than to a form inside the platform. The system is a lead page, a profiling page and a booking page, with tracking behind all three.
- iMeta Ads and Google Ads. The paid media that carries the campaign, set to the markets your service covers.
- iiLead page system. A lead page that makes the case for your service, a profiling page that asks your team's questions, and a booking page. The investor picks a time on the booking page to talk to you.
- iiiProfiling and qualifying. Questions asked at the enquiry, so an enquiry reaches your team with its answers attached.
- ivThe compliance check. Every ad, page and profiling question read against your approved claim list before it runs.
- vLead tracking. Every enquiry recorded against the page and the campaign it came from.
- viLive performance dashboard. One screen that shows every enquiry the campaign produces.
Three numbers say whether it is working.
- iCost per profiled enquiry. The campaign spend for the period divided by the profiled enquiries it delivered.
- iiEnquiry to consultation. Of the enquiries that arrived in a period, the count that reached a booked consultation with your team.
- iiiAd compliance incidents. The count of times an ad or a page ran a statement outside your approved claim list. It is read every week.
Stratosphere publishes no target for the first two. No property investment campaign has run yet, so it publishes no cost per profiled enquiry for this market either. The third number has one target, and the target is zero.
Every cost per lead Stratosphere publishes belongs to a property developer campaign and names its month. On Loam House in July 2025 it was $31.00, the month's media cost divided by the 146 leads it produced. The working is on the Loam House case study page. It is a developer number and this page does not offer it as a property investment one. The numbers that count are the ones your own campaign produces.
Stratosphere reads them from the dashboard in the first week. It reads them in pairs rather than one at a time, as it does across the lead generation practice: cost per profiled enquiry against enquiry to consultation. The compliance count is read beside both.
Read two pages before you enquire.
